Prune Like a Pro!

Stop guessing and start clipping with confidence! Davis will lead a tour through the nursery demonstrating proper pruning techniques for thinning, shaping, and directing growth on a number of landscape specimens, including plants that require a little extra care to maximize form, flowering, and potential fruit or berry production. Grow Your Own Hot Sauce: Soils, Container Growing, & Transitioning

We’ll be diving deep into soil health and soil building in the garden such as what makes good soil, how to improve what you’ve got, and how to set your plants up for strong, healthy growth from the very beginning. The soil principles, container strategies, and growing techniques can be applied to just about any vegetable garden. This class will be offered on two separate dates. Class material will be the same for both dates. Tuesday, March 24 @ 3-5pm or Saturday, March 28 @ 9:30-11:30am
